What you're agreeing to when you book a home demo.
We arrange in-home product demonstrations by independent Australian suppliers. We are not the seller of any product. Any purchase you make afterwards is a contract between you and the supplier, and their terms, warranty and consumer guarantees apply.
A $25 AUD authorisation is placed on your card at booking. It is released when the consultant arrives, when you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, or if the supplier cancels. It is captured only if no one is present at the booked time and no notice was given.
Free with 24 hours' notice using the link in your confirmation email. Holds released under this clause are returned to your card automatically; timing of the release display depends on your bank.
Consultants must not pressure you, offer "today only" pricing, or return without your invitation. Report any concern to us and we will act on it.

Suppliers are responsible for their consultants, equipment and conduct during the visit. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
